SIEGE OF ALICANTE 1708-9. Three plans and views relating to the siege of Alicante, ca. 1709. The plans, which all show signs of folding in the past, seem to form part of a series of ten plans and views that would appear to have been compiled for the French authorities in late February and early March 1709. The letterbook of John Richards during the siege is BL Stowe MS 475 and for other related material see Add. MS 61517, ff. 77-97v, Maps K.
