- This fonds consists of digitised copies of glass plate negatives held by the Gosudarstvennyi Arkhiv Sverdlovskoi Oblasti (State Archive of Sverdlovsk Oblast), Ekaterinburg, Russia. The selection (120 images) here represents that part of the archives' collections which concern documentary photographs of indigenous peoples and cultures in Siberia. Unfortunately, neither dates nor the names of photographers were recorded, although the photographs probably date from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
