- Warburton's notes on the history and antiquities of Kent, including material copied from the manuscript and library collections of Roger Twysden, John Leland, Robert Plot, and Peter Le Neve. The collection also contains Warburton's draft proposal for making a survey and map of the County of Kent, and a list of expenses kept by a servant while touring Kent to secure subscriptions for Warburton in 1724.

- Warburton's papers were sold at auction after his death in 1759, and widely dispersed. This group of papers appears to have passed into the hands of Edward Jacob (1710-1788) and possibly later into the hands of Edward Hasted (1732-1812). Later sold at Bonhams, 13 November 2012, lot 89, to Arthur Freeman.
