Comprising:
- Folios 1-41. Warburton's notes titled 'Leland Itinerary for Kent', made from Volumes 6 and 7 of John Leland's Itinerary. Folio references to the originals have been made in the margins.
- Folios 42-50. 'Mr Warburton's Notes - bound MS only' [annotation in the hand of Edward Jacob]. 9 folios of notes, regarding Caesar's expeditions to Britain, the history of Roman battles, and extant antiquities. The notes bear an incomplete initial foliation sequence of 1-8, bound out of order as blank, 5-7, blank, 2-3, 1, 4.
- Folios 51-54. Notes 'Transcrib'd from A M.S. Book of St Roger Twysdens Bart of East Peckham in Kent, June 1724', including a Court deposition regarding seized property made at Oxford 26 July 1643, subscribed Edward Nicholas; notes on the ordinary revenues of the states of the Netherlands, c1585; and notes relaying the tale of gold and treasure stored by Richard III in an inn near Bosworth before the battle.
- Folios 55-56. 'An Index of the Contents of S Roger Twysdens MSS sent me by Dr Thorpe'.
- Folios 57-58. Heraldic notes.
- Folios 59-62. 'Disbursements. Acct of the Expence of the survey Begun Aprll the 20th 1724 and ended Octbr ye 20th 1724', plus 'Receipts Received Subscription Money since Apll ye 20th 1724', including lists of monies payed down and subscribers.
- Folios 63-64. 'Island of Shepey. The Ferry Assessment made at the House of John Wakely Ferry Warden the 9th July 1760. At one penny an Acre for fresh Marsh & uplands & Salts one penny for every 10 Acres.'
- Folio 65. Transcriptions and notes on Kentish armorials, 'In the Church of Preston nere Teversham September 14 taken', tentatively identified as being in the hand of herald and antiquary Peter Le Neve (1661-1729).
- Folio 66. List of books accompanied by dates, 1664-1667. The page is headed 'Bookes lent', and the rest of the title has been torn away.
- Folio 67. Transcription of the memorials of Benjamin Godfrey of Norton Court, and Mary Godfrey his Widow. Signed with a note by Edward Jacob.
- Folios 68-78. 'An Account of the Tombestones in the Church of Lydd in Romney Marsh in Kent', annotated on f 78v 'Taken by Tho: Light Cler: ffeb: 1700/1.'
- Folio 79. Warburton's revised 'Proposals... Making an Actual Survey, And Publishing (by Subscription) A large and Correct map of the County of Kent...', on the verso of which are Warburton's antiquarian notes.
- Folio 80. Notes on East Peckham 14th Jan 1659, 'Copied from a MS Book of Sr Roger Twysden, June 1724'.

- Folios 82-111. 'A Discourse concerning the Weald of Kent, written by Sr Roger Twysden', copied from his Original MS now in the possession of... Sr Will Twysden of the same place.
- Folios 112-128. 'The Liberties of the five Ports'.
- Folio 129. Letter drafted by Warburton for C Blundell intended to help re-establish communications with his father; with explanatory memorandum by Warburton on the verso.
- Folios 130-131. Transcriptions [vera Copia J W] of a letter from Warburton to the Royal Society, and a reply from Roger Gale, regarding a request [granted] for the Corporation of Rochester to make a copy of the portrait of Sir Joseph Williamson, dated May 1724.
- Folios 132-139. 'A Catalogue of MS Books in divers Libraries to be consulted in Order to [sic] a History of the County of Kent'.
