Notebooks elsewhere are in Victoria College Library, University of Toronto, Coleridge Collection MSS. 2 (1804), 3 (1812), 4 (1809- 1818), 10 (1814), 11 (1810-1815), 24 (1811-1820), 25 (1809-1818), 26 (1809), and in the Berg Collection, New York Public Library (no. '29'; 1814-1825). Included among the entries are accounts of visits and tours made by the poet in the British Isles and abroad. Interspersed are notes by Mrs Anne Gillman and Ernest Hartley Coleridge. An edition by Kathleen Coburn, in which earlier relevant publications are mentioned, is in process of publication, entitled The Notebooks of Samuel Taylor Coleridge, 1957-. Photocopies of the notebooks, which were formerly in the Department, numbered MS. Facs. 363, and were later transferred to Jesus College, Cambridge, on the acquisition of the originals, may be obtained on loan for comparison with the originals, if required by readers. The numbers of the volumes (indicated by labels fixed to the covers, 19th cent.) and approximate dates are given below. Fifty-five volumes.
