The series contains correspondence, memorandum, reports and petititions relating to the running of the Rajputana [Rājasthān] Agency, during Lewis Pelly's time as Agent to the Governor General for Rajputana.
The correspondence focuses primarily on matters relating to the running of the agency, including administrative matters, boundary disputes, relations with local Chiefs, vacancies and appointments within the Agency, procedures and regulations, and a Durbar at Agra.
