- The series gathers the most ancient documents of the collection. It is composed by proceedings and judgments of Native Tribunals based in Atuabo (being the capital of the Eastern Nzema Traditional Area), as well as by files concerning the villages (stools) ruled by sub-chiefs under the supreme authority of the Omanhene (Paramount Chief) of Atuabo. The series gathers 53 volumes, of which 15 have been digitized by the EAP569 project.

- The volumes have been arranged in chronological order (alphabetical when the covering dates coincide), with the exception of files ENTC/4/52 and ENTC/4/53, that were stored in a different room of the Palace and have been added to the series after the conclusion of the sorting and filing process. Extra protection has been provided to the volumes presenting a weak binding, packing them with cotton strings.
