- In accordance with the system of arrangement used by prof. Mariano Pavanello in a previous project, the files have been sorted out in alphabetical order. Chronological order (from the most ancient to the most recent document) has been used to sort the items within the files. In few files the originals were in reverse chronological order (newest records on top); in such a case the chronological order has been used to meet the actual arrangement of the majority of the files.
