الفقه , مصطلح الفقه الإسلامي , هو معرفة الأحكام الشرعية التي يستمد من خلالها الفقهاء مجموعات من المبادئ التوجيهية والقواعد واللوائح من الأحكام المنصوص عليها في القرآن وأحكام النبي محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) والسنة النبوية الشريفة. على مر القرون, تمت صياغة الفقة الاسلامي وتفصيلها من قبل الأجيال المتعاقبة من فقهاء القانون , من خلال التفسير, القياس , الإجماع والبحث المنضبط.
