المخطوطة تنتمي إلى الفقه الحنفي الإسلامي. حالة الورق: سيئة جداً. العلامات مائية:رسم على شكل ثلاث قباب متباعدة، شكل على هيئة تاج أو بوق أسفله عنقود عنب، شكل بيضاوي منقوش من الخارج وبداخله ثلاث نجمات. الأختام: مكتبة الجامع العمري الكبير، وما توفيقي إلا بالله عبده محمد أمين، عثمان حافظ. الخط: النسخ ، الزخارف: لا يوجد. التجليد: ورق مقوى مع قماش وجلد.
