The sub-series comprises circulars, notifications, telegrams, correspondence and invitations to and from the Political Agent at Bahrain. The communications relate to administration, finance, personnel management, naval matters, wartime intelligence, and leave allowances of the Agency and its staff.
Also included in the sub-series is a file [IOR/R/15/2/920] regarding the need for military and civil service officers educated in the Arabic language and Arab culture and the role of the Middle East Centre for Arabic Studies in Jerusalem in meeting this need.
