- This sub-series contains bound volumes associated with the Minute Books, but not part of the main run. There are two types of volumes. The Sub-Committee Minute Books (Loan 96 RLF 2/3/1 and Loan 96 RLF 2/3/2) give the minutes of the Sub-Committee that met to deal with any Fund business that required attention outside the normal meeting schedule, such as matters pertaining to the Fund's property, investments, fundraising activities and charter. For each meeting a full list of those present is recorded. One Anniversary Committee book (Loan 96 RLF 2/3/3) gives details of the organisation of the Anniversary Dinners in the early twentieth century. As with the Sub-Committee books, a full list of those present at each meeting is recorded.
