This sub-series contains surviving ledgers and letter books recording the affairs of the Literary Fund. The surviving volumes do not constitute a complete record, but the information they contain can often be supplemented by referring to the main run of Minute Books (Loan 96 RLF 2/1), the Annual Reports (Loan 96 RLF 3) or the Administrative Documents (Loan 96 RLF). These volumes are arranged chronologically by date of first entry, except where this would split up a grouping. Some of the bindings are in poor condition.
