The BFSA Newsletter was established in 1983, it was sent out to registered members as a way of keeping the community informed with the activities of The Fulbright Commission and the successes of the numerous alumni. Editors included Anne Hockaday and Adeola Solanke, and articles were written by famous alumni such as Sir Malcolm Bradbury about their interests and other well-known alumni, such as Sylvia Plath.
The series contains one copy of each issue from 1983-2012.
