- House in Fenchurch Street (previously rented by the East India Company) purchased in 1733 for £4,000, two thirds from Moses Helbut and one third from Charles Gore [L/L/2/304-352]. Under the terms of L/L/2/304, the house was passed down in five shares - (a) One fifth part bequeathed to Dame Mary Powell, whose share was divided into four at her death [L/L/2/306-309]. (b) One fifth part bequeathed to Henry Glemham, whose share passed at his death to his brothers Sackville and Peter [L/L/2/310-313]. (c) One fifth part bequeathed to the daughters of Peter Vanlore[L/L/2/314-319]. (d) One fifth part bequeathed to the daughters of Anne Adelmere [L/L/2/320-322]. (e) One fifth part bequeathed to Abraham Vanden Bemde (also two houses in Northumberland Alley) [L/L/2/323-342]. Share (e) was united with part of share (a) [L/L/2/343-347].
