The sub-sub-series contains papers, mainly correspondence, of the Political Agency, Kuwait, relating to foreigners in Kuwait and the Persian Gulf. It includes files relating the following subjects:

- foreign (American and Indian) consular representation in the Persian Gulf (IOR/R/15/5/315)
