(1) Exercise book with Cobbing's notes relating to a meeting (or meetings) of a sub-committee of the Standing Committee on the Arts. Towards the back of the book are three typescript sheets pasted in relating to a meeting on 26 February, 1963 ('What a London Borough Could Do') listing various municipal activities. At the inside front cover there is a further sheet pasted in headed 'Local arts councils and kindred groups in Greater London' (dated 11 March, 1963) listing Cobbing as the Representative on the Standing Committee for the North East region of Greater London.
(2) The manuscript text of an address by Cobbing on the value of the arts in the local community.
(3) Two booklets: 'Setting Up an Arts Centre' by Robert W Cobbing [c 1963] and Regional Arts Co-operative Newsletter Number One (1969) including poems by Cobbing.
(4) Meeting papers (Standing Committee on the Arts) for: 26 November 1954, 7 March 1959, and 27 June 1964.
