The file contains periodic reports on Saudi Arabian affairs written by the Political Agent at Kuwait. The reports were sent to the Political Agency at Bahrain on a roughly weekly basis and contain brief summaries of intelligence gathered in Kuwait on tribal affairs, the activities of Ibn Sa‘ūd, and the Saudi-Yemeni conflict in Asir [ʻAsīr].
