• Repairs to the roofs of the kitchen and stationary room
• The construction of the new Court of the Indian Assistant
• The construction of a partition wall between the new Court of the Indian Assistant and the Agency
• Additions and alterations to the floors of English and Vernacular Offices in the Agency
• The renewal of the flooring of the bed rooms and the passport office in the Agency building
• Special repairs to the trellis work partition in the Agency compound
• The reconstruction of a cistern in the Agency Garden
