The file contains correspondence between the Political Agent in Bahrain, the Financial Adviser to the Government at Bahrain, Charles Dalrymple Belgrave, and representatives of the Bahrain Petroleum Company Limited (BAPCO) and Gray, Mackenzie & Co. on shipments from Sitra terminus.
The file mainly contains copies of Royalty Delivery Tickets showing the amount of oil shipped during 1938, transmitted by the Political Agent in Bahrain to the Secretary of State for India and the Political Resident in the Gulf.
