Bundle 1 consists of notices of meetings, copy minutes and some agenda papers and Chairman's correspondence.
Bundle 2 consists of Board correspondence, reports etc, not draft or copy minutes. It concerns in particular the results of the survey of participants at the 1993 Chicago International Conference on the History of Cartography, asking for opinions and suggestions about Imago Mundi; the need in 1993 to plan for an Editor and a Chairman to succeed Eila Campbell; and Catherine Delano Smith's proposals in September 1993 for the future of Imago Mundi.
