The file primarily consists of correspondence between ANC, its membership, and the Ministry of Education, concerning:
- Applications to schools, and requests for help with finding and funding school placements
- Establishing ANC affilitated/run schools
- Implementation of the 4:4:4 system
The file also contains newspaper clippings, and a prospectus for the School of African Studies at the University of Delhi.
