- (2). ff. 10-22. Full score in copyist's hand, in black ink. Title page with stamp of J. & W. Chester Ltd. and stamped number 26267) and pp. 1-23. Date: 1947. The 'Orchestral Requisition' is listed on the verso of the title-page, indicating the composer's minimum requirement. With a typed and duplicated descriptive sheet (author, 'O.T.').
