9. ff. 256-257b. Proposed course of action for the English government concerning the Imperial decree of 1 Aug. n.s. 1597 against English merchants; Nov. 1597. Apparently prepared by Beale, the text advocates printing a book (see art. 8 above), a copy of which is to be given to Liseman.
