Bound in inverted vellum leaves: front cover, leaf from an unidentified 14th-cent. medical treatise (including a chapter 'de singultu'), written in double columns with paraphs of red and blue; back cover, leaf from an English 15th-cent. antiphoner of monastic use, beg. at Sext for the first Monday in Lent and ending at Lauds for the first Thursday in Lent; rubricated, paraphs in red and blue, initial letters in pen-and-ink filled and flourished in green and yellow. Numbered '88' on the front cover.
