Latin and English. Copy. Starkey is identified as the author by his dedicatory epistle to Charles, Prince of Wales, which precedes the text in Harley MS. 37, ff. 36-60b. The work was completed after 26 Nov. 1620, see Harley MS. 37, f. 47. The present text, which is much shorter and has considerable textual variation from the version in Harley 37, may be taken from an earlier draft. See also: Add.
