Table of contents, etc., ff. ii-iv. Included in the list are the courts of justice, the navy, the Tower, tradesmen supplying the royal household and custodians of royal property throughout England and Wales. Paper; ff. iv + 114. Contemporary foliation to art. 1 (ff. 1-74), continued in another 17th-cent. hand throughout, but lacking 82-88, possibly a missing quire of blank leaves. Art. 2 bears its own contemporary series of foliation, 1-24, lacking 5. Folio. c. 1619. Two secretary hands. Vellum binding with green silk ties, titled on front cover and numbered '115' on spine.
