Peniston Lamb, Viscount Melbourne, under the direction of the Henry, Duke of Beaufort, and George Venables Lord Vernon, to Edmund Estcourt of Lincoln’s Inn, co. Midd.; 2 annual fee farm rents from estates in Kent and Surrey; with covering letter and bill. (5/6/1).
