HEATH AND VERNEY PAPERS. Vol. IV (ff. 132). Papers of Sir John Heath relating to the Inner Temple (of which he was Treasurer 1673-1674), 1606-1683. The principal contents are :-

1. Abstract of the accompts of the Treasurers, 1618-1673 (f. 2), and the original accompt of Sir John Heath, as Treasurer, 1673-1674 (f. 59). Extracts from these accompts are given in F. A. Inderwick, Cal. of the Inner Temple Records, ii, 1898, p. 110-iii, 1901, p. 98.

2. Agreement between the Treasurer and Masters of the Bench and Francis Phelips for the rebuilding of the King's Bench Building after the Great Fire, 1667. Cf. Inderwick, op. cit. iii, p. 43. Copy. f. 18.
