MUGGLETONIAN ARCHIVES. Vol. XIII. Eleven letters of Muggleton (1665-1688); circa 1763, 19th cent. Copies. Six of Muggleton's letters (ff. 2-11) were apparently copied from originals in the possession of John Peat (note, f. 11). Copied in the same hand, possibly that of Thomas Toone, are (ff. 11-18) two letters of Thomas Tomkinson (1674) and Alexander Delamaine (1677) to Muggletonians in Ireland, and (ff. 18v-28v) John Nicholls's 'Some Serious Thoughts as Touching the Mortal Soul'. An autograph fair copy of Nicholls's work is Add. 60168, ff. 50-52v. Verses by W. Matthews (ff. 29-30v) and (ff. 31-45) six further letters by Muggleton (1665-1679) are added in a 19th cent. hand. Inscribed on the upper cover 'Thomas Toone, 1763'.
