Documents accompanying the Message of the President of the United States to the two Houses of Congress, at the opening of the Third Session of the Eleventh Congress, December 5th, 1810, Washington, 1810. Printed, with MS. annotations and additions mostly by Perceval. Followed (f. 80) by a note on Anglo-American relations, 1811-1812. These were among papers which Perceval evidently intended to use for the debate on the Orders in Council on 11 May 1812 (wrapper, f. 83).
