PALGRAVE MANORIAL RECORDS. Vol. VII. Survey of the manor, in English, arranged by furlongs, giving the bounds and tenant of each parcel; headed 'The Felde Booke of the Manor of Palgrave called the Furlong Booke' and dated 4 Eliz. I [1561-1562], space being left for the day and month. Each gathering seems to have been compiled separately; the hand of the first differs from that of the other two, but has made corrections throughout. On f. 49 b is a note of the surrender of a tenement, 2 Hen. VII [1486-1487]. Paper; ff. 50. 305 mm. x 210 mm. 1561-1562. Gatherings, i20, ii12, iii18. A contemporary foliation, 1-44, runs from f. 2 to f. 48, excluding ff. 19, 20. On f. . 'Thomas Cornew...' has been written in a 16th-cent. hand.
