1. " Expediente," or report, of the Council on the account given by the Governor and Commandant General of Guayana, 25 Sept. 1769, of the removal of the four villages of Piacoa, etc. ; 14 Apr. 1774. With the royal resolution and acceptance by the Council, 28 May, 1774. f. 1. Followed (ff. 11-51) by enclosures and other letters and documents relating to the same subject, 2 Apr. 1768-6 July, 1774 (cf. art. 5).

2. Royal order to the Viceroy of Santa Fee, concerning the free trade, increase of population, troops, etc., of Guayana; 3. Extract of the " Expediente " promoted by the Dutch Minister in support of the Dutch claim to dominion in the colony of Essequibo and the fishery in that part of the Orinoco, and complaning of disturbance in the said fishery from Spanish subjects settled on that river, with another case as to fugitive negroes, in which the British Ambassador was concerned, added by the way of prededent; referred by the Council for consideration, 1 Sept, 1774. f. 56.
