Five watercolour views in Wolstenholme Sound, Baffin Bay, [Greenland], and several smaller sketches and maps illustrating the voyage of H.M.S. North Star (James Saunders, Master-commanding) to Baffin Bay and Barrow Straits, 1849-50. The North Star was intended as a provision-ship for the Franklin search expedition under Sir James Ross.
The volume includes:
