York, as declared 12 Nov. 1726 at the metropolitan visitation of Lancelot [Blackburn], Archbishop of York ; and (f. 27) by a rental for "ye Hon^ble Marmaduke Langdale" [? 4th Baron Langdale] in Holme-on- Spalding-Moor, 2 Jan. 1758. Reversing the volume, at f. 40 b, occurs an 18th cent. copy of the Holme "pains" as agreed at a court, 14 Oct. 1669 (cf. 40137, f. 34). Paper, in original vellum wrapper ; ff. ii + 41. Small folio.
