(1) Account of a discussion on the proposed liturgy in English, between the Bishop of Meath and George Dowdall, Archbishop of Armagh; preceded by the invitation to the conference from the Lord Deputy, dated 6 June 1552, and the Archbishop's acceptance.
Purporting to be taken from the writings of James Usher, Archbishop of Armagh. Probably a forgery by Robert Ware; circa 1678. ff. 2- 4.
(2) Letter, forged by Robert Ware, from E. Dennum, Venice, 13 Apr. 1564, enclosing account of intrigues at Rome for the introduction of popery into England; circ. 1678. Printed by Ware in Foxes and Firebrands, 1682, part ii, pp. 49-58. Cf. Bridgett, op. cit., pp. 251-253, and description of Stowe MS. 155, art. 1, in the Catalogue of Stowe MSS. ff. 5-7.
