Endorsed: in a 13th-century hand, ‘Carta Amicis de Craft / de medietatis molendini de / de Sapecote’.
Affixed with an imperfect seal of Amicia, lozenge, green, with a full-length figure of Amicia in a long dress and mauches, with her right hand on her stomach, and her left hand holding a lily, and the legend, ‘sigillum amice de crapht’, enclosed within a red silk seal bag.
