Grant of Roger [of Leicester al. de Beaumont], Bishop of St Andrews, to William, son of Adam de Neuihn, of the church of Lure [Lour, co. Forfar], on the presentation of the said Adam, with all its rightful appurtenances in free, pure and perpetual alms. He wishes, and firmly orders, that William shall hold that church freely, quietly and honourably as any parson holds in the diocese. Reserving the episcopal dues.
