See Add ΜS 5112, f 235v. + ἐκοιμίθη ὁ δοῦλος τοῦ Θεοῦ Γρηγόριος μοναχὸς ὁ καὶ τὸ ἅγιον τοῦτο Εὐαγγέλιον γράψας μηνὶ Ἰαννουαρίῳ δα΄ νζ΄ ἔτους; f 241r: ἐκοιμίθη ὁ δοῦλος τοῦ Θεοῦ Γρηγόριος μοναχὸς ὁ Συγκελιώτης τοῦ γεροντίου, ὁ καὶ γράψας τὴν βἰβλον ταύτην, μηνὶ Ἰαννουαρίῳ ἔτους ςχϟζ΄, ἰνδ. ζ΄ ἡμέρᾳ δ΄.
Decoration: Evangelist portraits, dating from the third quarter of the 12th century, inserted as ff 3 and 134 are now housed in a separate volume as Add MS 5112/1 and Add MS 5112/2.
