Foliation: this file consists of three physical parts. The foliation sequence (used for referencing) commences at the first folio of part one (ff 1-217), part two (ff 218-405) and terminates at the last folio of part three (ff 406-670); these numbers are written in pencil, are circled, and are located in the top right corner of the recto side of each folio.
The sequence contains five foliation anomalies, including f 364a and missing out ff 232, 243, 261 and 565.
