Copies of correspondence and telegrams concerning the visit of Maharaja Scindia (Jayajirao Scindia) to Baroda in order to participate in the Special Commission set up to investigate the Gaekwar, Malharrao's administration of the Baroda state.

Foliation: The file has been foliated using a pencil number enclosed in a circle located in the top right hand corner of the recto of each folio.
Binding: the contents of the file were originally bound together with pink ribbon which has since been removed. The pink ribbon has been placed at the rear of the file in a plastic sleeve (folio 16), which may cause some loss of sharpness to the digital image of the binding.
Watermark: The cover of the file (folios 1 and 17) contains the Britannia watermark.
