Two leaflets from 'Session 1855-6.' NTA: 25578 is for 'The Second Ordinary Meeting of the Royal Society' (1856) and NTA: 25589 is for 'The Third Ordinary Meeting of the Royal Society' (1856). Both have been completed by 'James D. Forley' to allow 'Mr Fox Talbot' to attend as a 'stranger'. Both have Talbot's address on the back page although only NTA: 25589 has a stamp, seal and postmark. NTA: 25578, 25589.
Three leaflets from 'Session 1857-8.' NTA: 36927, 34098 are for 'The Second Ordinary Meeting of the Royal Society' (1858) and NTA: 23851 is for 'The Third Ordinary Meeting of the Royal Society' (1858). NTA: 36927, 23851 have been completed by 'James D. Forley' to allow 'Mr Fox Talbot' to attend as a 'stranger'. NTA: 34098 is blank. NTA: 23851 records that 'W. H. Fox Talbot, Esq., F.R.S.' was proposed as an Honorary Fellow at the (previous) meeting of 4 December 1858 and that a ballot would be taken. NTA: 34098, 36927, 23851.
