No records relating to the Royal Literary Fund Anniversary Dinners between 1909 and 1914 or to the dinner of 1920 were to be found in 2013 (no dinners were held between 1915 and 1919 due to the First World War). This record exists to register this gap in the hope that these documents might subsequently come to light, and to refer readers interested in those years to the Royal Literary Fund Annual Reports Volumes XIX and XX (Loan 96 RLF 3/19 and Loan 96 RLF 3/20), which include reports of the dinners for those years.
