The volume comprises correspondence with the Trust and its representatives about various matters, including the acquisition of further Ireland papers, and a catalogue of Ireland's works prepared by Ernest Chapman. The volume also includes correspondence between Chapman and Charles Mackerras concerning his development of Ireland’s film score for The Overlanders as an orchestral suite. Also, correspondence with and information about Silvio Ireland (i.e. Henri Lenoir), and a small collection of concert programmes and diary extracts from Horace E. Randerson (Ireland pupil).
