Miscellaneous correspondence with residents in the Colony of Sierra Leone from 1820 to 1826. Table of Content identifies items such as correspondence from Chief Superintendant of Captured Negroes Office, ships' pursers, proclamations of emancipation, deaths in hospital, return of schools and various correspondence identified by individuals (some names are difficult to decipher due to age and handwriting).
Original material: 1 bound volume, 1820-1826. The volume has been rebound. There is iron gall damage and foxing. Many pages are brittle.
