The certificates are divided into 6 parts in number order by season of appointment. To locate an individual name the alphabetical index at the front of part 1 will be required.
The Part number needs to be specified when ordering. The part numbers, with reference number and season information are as follows:
- Part 1: No's 1-111 (1787-1789 seasons);
- Part 2: No's 112-263 (1789-1791 seasons);
- Part 3: No's 264-396 (1791-1793 seasons);
- Part 4: No's 397-536 (1793-1795 seasons);
- Part 5: No's 537-669 (1795-1797 seasons);
- Part 6: No's 670-800 (1797-1800 seasons).
