"My Subliminal Self" (1910) is an article from Blackwoods magazine. "Round Nanga Parbat" (1914) is a partial manuscript - Part I, pages 351-368; Part II, Pages 1-16. "The Genius by the Threshold" (April 1920), "Bungay" (March 1923) and "The Bull of Altamira" (February 1925) are proofs for Cornhill Magazine. In "Lawrence and the Hejaz" (1925), Candler writes about T.E. Lawrence and the forthcoming publication of "Seven Pillars of Wisdom". There is a coloured illustrated book sleeve for the Blackwood publication of Candler's "The Dinosaur's Egg".
