Notebook of poetry in draft, sometimes typed as fair copy and loosely inserted, including the following poems:
- 'Fragment of an Indecipherable Inscription' (April 1997).
- 'Cwm Nantcol' (February 1998).
- 'A woman who could charm foxes'
- 'There is no second chance' (from 'Gifts Received').
- 'Sparked by Dreams' (from 'Gifts Received').
- 'where language falters' (from 'Gifts Received') - loosely inserted beside the draft, a folding leaflet from the Barbican Gallery for the exhibition 'Colour after Klein' (26 May - 11 September 2005) in which the phrase 'where language falters' has been underlined.
- 'A city laid out with its web of streets' (from 'Gifts Received'), together with loosely inserted a letter from Anne Stevenson (1 February 2006) offering comments
- 'Objects on a Polish Table'.
- 'Leah Laforgue (née Leah Lee)'.
- 'Bird People (Kew)'.
- 'Frames' (March/April 2007). Loosely inserted here (printed from the internet) 'Preface to Poems Composed at the Orchid Pavilion' and related material with a covering letter (13 May 2009) from John Hall.
- 'Cloudy Sunday' (May-October 2007).
- 'Comparative Anatomy', with two colour photographs loosely inserted of the 'herd of skeletons' with which the poem begins, and printed information from the internet about Michel Eugène Chevreul.
