Photograph taken by J. Jackson in 1868. General view of the wooden mission school, raised above the ground on piles. The King's four sons stand with attendants beneath the tree in front of the building. The Rev. James Ebenezer Marks was earlier the headmaster of St John's College, Rangoon, opened in 1864.
