Rama crowned and nimbate rides on horseback to the right, proceeded by a small Hanuman bearing a standard, and attended by two chowrie bearers.
Opaque water-colour heightened with gold, and with gold painted gesso.
Laid down on a page from a manuscript in Kaithi script; miniature 212 by 185 mm within a frame ruled in gold white and black lines, with an outer orange frame; album page 242 by 210 mm.
